Sharpen your skills (literally!) in this fun, fast-paced, and confidence-boosting class designed to transform the way you cook. Whether you’re dicing onions, slicing herbs, or breaking down veggies for holiday feasts, you’ll learn how to chop smarter, safer, and faster, just in time for Thanksgiving prep.
Chef Sarah Mastracco will guide you through essential techniques, from proper grip and motion to pro-level tips for efficiency and precision. You’ll practice with seasonal ingredients and leave feeling more capable, confident, and ready to take on any recipe like a pro.
After class, we’ll unwind and celebrate with Flavor Fork snacks and sips because every good cook deserves a tasty reward.
Express Classes are 5:30pm-6:30pm and are hosted at Flavor Fork, 402 First Street, Greenport, NY.
All participants will enjoy a 10% discount at Flavor Fork and will be offered snacks and sips after the class.
