COOKING CLASS: Wed, Nov 12th: Flavors of the Mediterranean

$75.00

Mezze & One-Pot Chicken with Wild Rice, Dates and Pistachios

Come cook, taste, and hang out in the kitchen as we explore the warm, bold flavors of the Mediterranean.

We’ll kick things off by making two fresh mezze dips, then move into a one-pot Moroccan chicken with an herby, flavor-packed wild rice and a bright Chermoula sauce that ties everything together. We’ll also snack on fresh baked za’atar-spiced pita chips and dips while we cook.

This class is fun, relaxed, and super interactive with lots of chopping, seasoning, tasting, and learning as we go. You’ll pick up simple techniques for layering flavor and cooking with wholesome, feel-good ingredients that are big on nutrition and naturally delicious.

When we’re done, we’ll gather around the table and enjoy everything family-style…the best part of the night. Come hungry, curious, and ready to cook!

Classes are 5:30pm-7:30pm and are hosted at Flavor Fork, 402 First Street, Greenport, NY.
