Join me for a hands-on, flavor-packed night where we’ll whisk, chop, sear, taste, and sauce our way through three iconic recipes from my culinary journey. Think restaurant technique meets North Fork vibes, all wrapped into a relaxed, super fun evening in the kitchen.

Cool, creamy, bright, and impossibly green. We’ll build it from scratch and pair it with a crunchy shredded kale & Brussels sprout salad that might just become your new house signature.
