Roll up your sleeves and join Chef and Flavor Fork Owner, Sarah Mastracco, for a hands-on cooking class.

In this interactive class, you’ll learn the art of Italian comfort food, from mixing and kneading the dough to rolling, cutting, and shaping your own pasta. Together, we’ll create a rich, slow-simmered Bolognese sauce to serve with your handmade pasta, then sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labor around the table.

Classes are 5:30pm-7:30pm and are hosted at Flavor Fork, 402 First Street, Greenport, NY.

What You’ll Learn

  • How to make and knead fresh pasta dough

  • Techniques for rolling and shaping by hand

  • How to build balanced, flavorful Bolognese Sauce

On the Menu

  • Handmade Tagliatelle with your choice of Classic Bolognese or Cauliflower Bolognese (vegetarian option)

  • Shaved Fennel & Arugula Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette

  • Chocolate-Dipped Biscotti (demo, time permitting)

Everyone will roll and cut their own portion of pasta, then team up to make sauces — tasting, seasoning, and finishing them to perfection.
